LEGAL / PRIVACY

PRIVACY POLICY.

Account information

If you create or use an account, Firebase Authentication may process your email address, Firebase user ID, display name, authentication provider, verification status, and basic provider profile information. DECKRISE does not receive your Google password.

Dashboard and community information

When you use account features, Cloud Firestore may store saved decks, followed archetypes, favorite articles, recently viewed decklists, tournament predictions, notification preferences, reactions, ratings, “I played this” selections, submitted comments, suggested substitutions, and in-app notifications. Recently viewed lists are recorded only while you are signed in.

Dashboard records are private to the signed-in account. Approved comments, approved substitutions, reaction totals, ratings, and played counts are visible publicly. A display name may appear beside approved contributions.

Public profiles

Public profiles are optional and disabled until you enable them. A public profile may show your chosen display name, biography, favorite and followed archetypes, saved-deck count, and tournament prediction. You can disable it from the dashboard, which removes the public profile document.

Editorial information

If you are an administrator and publish an article, its content, attribution, selected cards, Firebase user ID, and publication timestamps are stored in Firestore. Contact and feedback messages are processed by the email services used by you and DECKRISE.

How information is used

Processing and sharing

Account, dashboard, community, and blog data are processed using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Google may process information in multiple regions under its service terms. DECKRISE does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, respond to requests, or comply with legal obligations.

Retention and deletion

Account information remains in Firebase until the account is deleted or removal is requested. You can delete your authentication account from the profile panel. To request deletion of dashboard data, community submissions, or other associated records, email larsondallen@gmail.com from the account email. Do not send your password. Published articles or approved community contributions may require a separate moderation or attribution-removal request.

Your choices

You may sign out, reset your password, verify your email, delete your account, change notification preferences, unfollow archetypes, remove saved items, and disable your public profile. Firebase may require a recent sign-in before sensitive account actions.

Children and security

DECKRISE is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect information from children below the applicable age of digital consent. Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules restrict access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

This policy may change as DECKRISE evolves. Questions, correction requests, and deletion requests can be sent to larsondallen@gmail.com.
