By using DECKRISE, you agree to use the website lawfully and understand that tournament analysis and projections are informational, community-created material.

Unofficial service

DECKRISE is an unofficial fan-made tournament visualization. It is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with MARVEL, MARVEL SNAP, Second Dinner, Nuverse, SnapComplete, or Marvel Snap Zone. Game names, card images, artwork, characters, and related material belong to their respective owners.

Permitted use

You may browse, share links to, and use DECKRISE for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms availability, impersonate another person, misuse accounts, or use the publishing tools without authorization.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your authentication provider. Provide accurate information and notify DECKRISE if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts may be suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.

Editorial content

Administrators are responsible for ensuring submitted articles are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights. By publishing, an administrator grants DECKRISE permission to host, display, format, and distribute that content as part of the service.

Data and projections

Tournament records, classifications, tier assignments, deck summaries, and matchup estimates may contain errors or become outdated. Matchup values are modeled projections unless expressly identified as observed results. DECKRISE does not guarantee competitive outcomes or the continued accuracy or availability of third-party data.

Availability

The website may change, become unavailable, or discontinue features without notice. Third-party services and externally hosted artwork may also change or become unavailable.

Disclaimer and limitation

DECKRISE is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DECKRISE and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or competitive losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
